Passionate about driving operational excellence to support the highest level of care for Epiphany patients, Henriikka joined Epiphany Dermatology in 2016. In 2023, she transitioned from her role as Chief Operating Officer to Chief of Staff. Her responsibilities include ensuring everything runs smoothly with our practice integrations and managing a variety of projects with a special focus on great teams and common sense processes. Prior to joining Epiphany, Henriikka worked for a Fortune 500 medical practice (DaVita) as Regional Operations Director managing dialysis programs in Florida, spanning from Miami all the way down to Key West.
Born and raised in Finland, Henriikka obtained her MS from the Helsinki School of Economics and her MBA from the University of Florida.
Henriikka now lives in Lohja, Finland, with her husband Petrus and their two dogs. In her spare time, she likes staying active, cooking, and watching sports.
